1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

We'll arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund—depending on the situation.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
5. Exchanges

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
